Slide rubber covering on left side of frames to get to micro USB and card slot.  Insert micro SD card into spring loaded slot. To remove card, push in to eject card.  Connect USB charging/data cord to computer or any USB charging device. Glasses will vibrate.  Solid red light appears on glasses when charge is needed. When red light goes out, the charging is complete.

RECORD VIDEO

Click Button 1 (quick short press) to power on and instantly start recording at anytime. Lights start to flash and glasses will vibrate to let you know they have started recording.

Click Button 1 (quick short press) to stop recording. Lights stop flashing and glasses will vibrate to let you know they have stopped recording.

Click Button 2 (quick short press) to activate WIFI, if you want to connect to your cell phone app.

Click Button 2 (hold down for 2 seconds) to toggle 30fps or 60fps mode. (Green light is 60fps. Blue light is 30fps)

Green lights mean you are recording in 60fps 720p, blue lights mean you are recording in 30fps 1080p.

SNAP PHOTOS

While recording a video, click Button 1 (2 times quickly) to take photos. Camera will snap 3 quick photos. Glasses will vibrate every second, as three photos are being snapped.

If you just want to snap 1 single photo, click Button 1 (2 times quickly) while not recording video. Glasses will vibrate as photo is being snapped.

CELL PHONE APP

If you would like to connect your daVideo glasses to your smartphone, download the free mobile app “e7e9en“.

Click Button 1 (hold down for 2 seconds) to power off your glasses.

All videos and photos can quickly be transferred using the included USB cord.  Viewing the photos and videos while still on the card in the glasses is NOT recommended. Please transfer the files to your computer, then play videos or open photos.

Easy Start Guide for daVideo Akia Sunglasses

Hold down POWER button for 2 seconds.

Light will turn RED

Click CAMERA icon button to toggle between Video (red light) Photos (blue light) and Audio only (pink light)

To take videos, click the CAMERA icon button until you see RED light. Click POWER button and the video will start recording. The red light will flash while recording video. Click the POWER button again to stop recording.

To snap photos, click the CAMERA icon button until you see the BLUE light. Click POWER button to snap photo. The blue light will go off and come back on after photo was taken.

To record audio only, click the CAMERA icon button until you see the PINK light. Click POWER button to start recording audio. Pink light will flash while recording audio. Click POWER button again to stop recording audio and the pink light will stop flashing.

Hold down POWER button for 2 seconds to shut down

Easy Start Guide for daVideo Presta Eyeglasses

Fold eyeglasses and insert micro SD card into left side hinge.

Connect USB charging/data cable from eyeglasses to your computer.

Blue light will blink while charging, solid red light will appear when fully charged.

Press power button on left side of eyeglasses for 2 seconds until solid blue light appears.

Quick press button to snap a photo. Blue light will go off and come back on when photo has been taken.

Long press the button for 2 seconds or until blue light starts to blink, which means you started recording video.

Light will go out while recording video.

Quick press button to stop recording video, and red light will flicker and turn to blue.

When you need to power off the eyeglasses, long press button for 3-4 seconds until you see the red light appear.

Videos MUST be transfered to your computer first before playing. Do not play videos while still stored on the eyeglasses.

To view videos on your computer, open using Windows Media Player, KM player, or download any video player online.
